Fresh nixtamal handmade corn tortillas. Pressed and par cooked to set the shape and size but still 80% raw. Finish at home on a hot skillet, griddle pan or frying pan. Cook over high heat for 30-45 seconds per side, they will smell and taste like fresh pressed masa tortillas. 1 doz tortillas come vacuum packed and will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Close bag air tight after you open it.
